Omnidirectional Anntennas

An Omnidirectional antenna operates by creating a pattern that is equally effective in all directions. The size of the antenna will vary with the frequency and gain for which it has been manufactured. Unlike a directional Yagi antenna, an omni antenna offers a non-directional pattern that spreads out in all directions. A pair of omnidirectional antennas will most often be attached to an RF Code reader with either 6’ or 15’ connector cables.
