Adaptive. RF Code solutions are comprised of components (tags, readers and software) that adapt to a customer’s specific need: From a wide variety of tag and reader form factors to software that is easily configurable to meet a customer’s asset management needs.
•Fully automated. With RF Code, you no longer have to “do inventory,” you always “have inventory,” in real time and updated automatically every 10-seconds.
•Fully open. RF Code open access to our readers and software. Link directly to the readers, or select the software interface layer(s) that meet your system needs.
•Ultimate flexibility. RF Code’s software schema is very user-friendly for configuring and editing custom data fields. The software database easily integrates into the market’s leading back end systems, adding automated real time asset information into such systems as Tivoli Maximo, HP’s AssetCenter and others.

•Anti-collision technology. RF Code’s patented RF communication protocols provide best-in-industry performance in dense asset environments. A single reader can process up to 140 records per second: One reader will continuously monitor 1,400 tagged assets simultaneously, providing 10-second status updates.
•Exception reporting. Readers can set to operate in “exception” reporting mode, where only changes in status will be reported. This eliminates the chaos of overreporting data and reduces network traffic. Redundant asset reports are eliminated, vastly simplifying history reports to focus only on when the status changes.
•Battery power conservation. RF Code tags are almost always asleep (99.99% of the time). This translates to long battery life. The total transmission time for the standard tag (model M100-0010) is 9.34 seconds per day. Every 10 seconds, the tag will wake-up to broadcast a short sequence of pulses before going back to sleep.

•Dedicated frequency. RF Code systems operate at 433.92 MHz; the tags are one-way, transmit-only communicators; the readers are dedicated to monitoring for RFC tag transmissions. Add as much hardware as you like; it will not interfere with, or burden existing wireless systems and communications.
•Secure transmissions – Tag messages are encoded ‘license plate’ IDs communicated through a series of RF pulses. The pulses themselves represent cryptic alphanumeric codes with no inherent meaning. RF Code readers decode and report the tag transmissions within their coverage zones. Reader operational settings are password protected and networked communications are protected to the same extent as the communication network.
•Networked readers. RFC readers are networked devices designed for operation in both wired and wireless environments. Readers installed anywhere in the US can be configured to operate in real-time with the centralized application and asset database.
